L2 Visa to F2 and then to H1B

Hi,

I am on a L1-B Visa and my wife is on a L2 visa.

 

My wife is currently employed and will file her H1B next year.

 

Assuming my wive's H1B gets approved next Year June for her to work from October 2014. I am planning to move to F1 visa from August next year, can my wife move from L2 to F2 visa in August next year along with me and then start working on H1B visa from October next year ?
