bhnchandar Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Hi everyone, My current H1b started from june 06th 2013 and the LCA is for NY state and my Old H1b is valid till june 05th 2013 but the LCA was for MI and I worked in NY. So, on July 02nd I am going for stamping at calgary. Is this a problem since I do not have the ammendment for the Old H1B.
sthamago Posted June 25, 2013 Report Posted June 25, 2013 Mostly VO focuses on current project, LCA and W2 and I hope it should be good. However if they want to scrutinize you more based on your resume no body can stop it.
