Hi frnds,

 

First of all thank you so much for the posts in murthy forum..they were really helpful for me.

 

I and my friend had interview today June 24th at 7:00 AM & 11:30 AM.

 

I have an interview at 7:00 AM and I reached the consulate at 6:30 AM and had my docs checked and security check done by 06:45 AM

and after the finger prints I finally went to the 20th floor.

 

early morning at my time there are only 2 & 5 counters were handling H1 B interviews today.

 

My token number called to Counter 2 there was a white male with bold head as VO.

 

My Interview  questions are ::

 

1) Asked for employer details after looking in I 797 approval form

2) How many years are you working with your employer with joining date

3) Next he asked for Client details :: Who is the client and what do they do

I told we collect the data from various sources and generate a reports then immediately he asked what kind of data and what kind of reports you are creating. So please be specific while expaining your duties

4) Asked Clinet location.

5) Asked about graduation details- University / major/ completion date

6) Asked 2013 pay stubs 

7) Asked W2 forms for last 2 years but I showed only 2012 w2 form he didn't asked about 2011 W2 form

8) Asked  LCA and pay stubs for 2013

After these questions he typed some thing in his system for few mins and finally I heard a golden word "UR VISA is APPROVED"

 

 

Friend Interview @11:30 AM:

 

I have an interview at 11:30 AM and I reached the consulate at 10:15 AM and had my docs checked and security check done by 10:30 AM

and after the finger prints I finally went to the 20th floor.

 

At that time there are 2,3,4,5,6 counters were handling H1 B interviews today along with regular ones

 

My token number called to Counter 3 there was a white male  as VO.

 

his questions were ::

 

1) where do you work ?? [Client name]

2) can i see your client letter ??

3) how long you have been working there ??

4) how long you are working for your employer ??

5) did you change your employer ?? i said YES

6) why did you change your employer ??when working for the same client [i just gave feedback on my employer]

7) can i see your LCA ??

8) how much they are paying ??

9) where did you study ?? and when ??

 

tht's it

 

Then said your Visa is approved. collect it within 5 Business days.

 

So both of us got our visa Approved.

 

Total 8 members attended the interview today all got approved except one guy Sadly he got 221g
