Will my case be cap-exempt?

Hi,

  I got my H1b visa in december 2010 which was valid till Dec 2011. I worked in US till Oct 2011 and then came back to India. If i file H1b visa now , will it fall under cap exempt?

 

Any help in this regard is much appreciated.

You mean you want a H1 sponsor to file for you. Yes you can find a sponsor to file a non cap H1 petition for you.
