Merlina Posted May 1, 2011 Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 Hi, I'm in USA with the H1 B valid until July 31 2011. My spouse has the valid H4 until July 31 2011 but has never visited USA. My visa is on H1 transfer now. If my spouse needs to visit me, after July 31, do we need to wait for my H1 transfer approval to be complete for my spouse to re-apply for H4? Or will there be a possibility of travel before receiving the approval. Please help! Link to comment
