tallGuy Posted June 21, 2013 Report Posted June 21, 2013 Can I use cap-gap where my H1B has approved and change of status request got denied. I got new I-20 from my university and it showing that cap-gap has been applied to my SEVIS and extended my initial OPT EAD (which expires on 07/03/2013) till 09/30/2013.
