H1B Transfer-RFE

Hi,

 

I work for company A but got an offer from company B . And Company B applied for my H1B Transfer today, I have a strong feeling that I might get an RFE. Reason are below:-

 

1). My name in one of the SOW letter is spelt incorrectly AS nickhil( correct name is nikhil),Rest all letters like offer letter etc its correct.

 

2) Company B has not attached any Client letter, But they say that they will show that Company B has some agreement with Company C and I will work for Company C Client. They have attached a few letters where they show That one is offer letter from Company B , second is agreement of Company B and Company C, Third one has the sign of the end client in Company C letter.

 

Do you think I will get an RFE, or What are my chances of approval?

I am confused, please help

Not sure about #1, but for #2, it should be fine as long as you show relation between Employer-Vendor-Client. Client letter is not mandatory but its nice to have.
