Derivative(E27) GC holder - Am i eligible to sponsor under F2A?

Got married in 2007 when we were on H1B. Both of us applied for GC separately thru our employers and maintained H1 status. In 2011, I joined her 485 application, and got GC as a derivative (E27) in jan 2012 for 10 yrs, with no conditions/restrictions.Unfortunately we divorced in april 2013. I have all divorce papers and court orders etc., 

 

Question:

 

Am I eligible being a derivative, to sponsor future spouse residing outside US, in F2A category? Thank you!

Discuss your situation with an attorney.  The dates of GC and final divorce are awfully close in many situations.
