The shoplifting($7.99) case got dismissed after I took adult diversion programme. I want to know that during H4 visa extension will i face any kind of inquiry? The same question arise, is there any query if I apply F1 visa as well?

if u go for stamping u will have to disclose it in ds 160 and carry the court disposition
