Is Stamping required if I file for H1B amendment when go to India next time

My company recently changed my salary and want to change my role here. So they are in a process of filing a amendment. I currently have valid visa till Oct 2014. I have following questions

1. Now if I file H1B amendment do I need to go for stamping next time I go to India?
2. Currently I have valid visa till Oct 2014, So if I file for amendment is there any chance of visa period getting decreased for new petition?
3. Is LCA change enough for the purpose of salary and role change?

No, you don't need a new visa stamp if your current visa is still valid.
