Jyoraj
Hi, I have worked for a small company in india between 2001 till 2005, close to 3.5 yrs and joined a big MNC in india in 2005.. so now i am close to 8 yrs in the same company, I have traveled to US with L1 Visa in 2007 and returned in 2009 and did not get a chance to go back.. My current company is planning to file H1... The small company which i worked for before did not provide me any Form-16 as my salary is very minimal, my credentials was verified by my current company when i joined in 2005 and later in 2007, the same details was also provided when i filed L1 also... no issues.. I am now concerned that what kind of details are asked and verified when i file for H1.. incase any legal issues i dont have any objections to remove my previous experience details, but i have already provided them when i filed for L1 before.. Will USCIS verify my previous records? Will USCIS will ask for tax details of my 8 yrs back company? Is it better the remove the exp now? Please help me clarifying my query Link to comment
omshiv
You are worrying unnecessarily..Relax..they wont go back to check the credentials of the previous company...Keep the Exp on the resume.. Link to comment
ExperienceX
I have some similar concern, @omshiv - what makes you so sure that USCIS wont go and verify from my old organization. Link to comment
