Cancel Sevis transfer

Hello,

 

I have this situation. I was enrolled in UW Oshkosh. I applied to the Miami Dade and my sevis was transferred 2 weeks ago. Then there was a miscommunication about the tuition cost. So I found new school to transfer. Miami Dade told me to ask my advisor at UW Oshkosh to cancel my sevis transfer because they did not want to issue me new i-20 if I am not going to study there. So, today I asked my advisor and she called the sevis center to cancel. Because time has passed, she told me that I have to provide new admissions letter to new school within 4 days.

I already started the process of application to a new school. I just need to complete couple things. 

So, I am worried why there are 4 days given? What happens if admission letter is provided 1 day later?
