oregonaspirant Posted June 12, 2013 Report Share Posted June 12, 2013 Hi, I have a H1b visa valid from september 22nd 2013. I also have a 10 year B1 visa which is issued from jan 2011 thru jan 2021. I would like to travel to US in August on B1 visa so that i can have my son start his school in first week of september. Can i travel on B1 and continue my stay on H1b, What are the options that i have to continue my employment from Oct 1st. What kind of issues or questions i may face at port of entry.
