I have GC since Jun 2010 and was out of USA ( in India) for period of Mar 2021 to Dec 2012.

When I left usa in March 2012 I filed for re entry permit for 2 yrs as I didnt plan to come back but came back in Dec 2012.

I want to know when can I file for citizenship?

My wife's relatives filed for her green card quite a while ago and she got the green card in june 2010. We got married in Dec 2012 and she flew back to USA with me. ( I am on H1B visa).

I want to know when can she file for citizenship through Nnaturalization.

A person has to be an LPR for 5 years before being eligible for naturalization.

There is an exception for spouses of US citizens, in that case 3 years as LPR are required.

There are also a couple other requirements. The USCIS website has all the information.
