I have got an email asking to fill the questionnaire. Can you please help me with below details?? 1. I am asked to submit resume. As a dependent do i need to?? 2. What do i fill in for sponsor name, sponsoring institution? 3. Do i enter my education details in education, university, current/recent research.... Please reply Thank you in advance :-)
