h1b transfer

Hi,

I have a query about h1b transfer.

I got my h1b stamped with employer "A" in Feb 2013 and it is valid till Nov 2015.

Now, Company "B" offering me permanent position and they are going to hold my h1b (h1 transfer). So, my h1b visa still valid with company"B" or again I have to go for stamping????

Please help???

Existing Stamping is Valid. When you travel carry old and new I-797 with you to show it up at POE.
