Employer Change - Visa status valid !?

Hi Guys, I have my H1 & visa stamped with X employer. If I change my Employer to Y (transfer my H1) do I need to go for stamping again, even though I am within visa expiry date?

Is my Visa still valid with Y employer ?

Hi even I am in same situation.

I got my H1B visa stamped in Feb 2013 with company "XYZ". It is valid till Nov, 2015. Now, new company offering me permanent position. So, I am bit confused. If ,I go with new employer and they transfer my h1 then again I have to go for stamping If I leave USA.

Please guide.
