H1B extension as part of the H1B transfer to new employer

I have 1st term H1b petition expiring in Sept 2013. My current employer is not yet filed the h1b extension but they are in the process of filing an extension by the end of June 2013. I got a job offer from an end client. I'm planning on accepting their offer. My question is "If the new employer (end client) initiates H1B transfer process, will my H1B petition gets approved with 3 yrs extension automatically?? or will I get the petition approved until Sept 2013 which is the expiry date of my current petition and again new employer should file extension after the transfer?

depends on the new offer if its full time for end client you would get another 3 years
