Visitor Visa Sponsor or not

We are applying for Visitors visa for my brother, his wife and child. We filled DS - 260 form for them along with sponsor details as we are planning to sponsor them but when i m going through other post , its better if they are self sponsor. But we already filled DS 160 for all of them and provided sponsor details too. Also bank receipt is generated. So can you please suggest , can we fill another DS 160 form without sponsor details. But we already paid visa fee but didn't schedule Visa interview appointment
