I work in Tele Communications industry, these companies dont sponsor h1 visas. that is why i am working in client vendor employer relation.

I have all pay stubs for all last 3 years, client letter is difficult,

what are my chances of h1b approval (f1-> h1), planning to go India after 8 years, did not go India till now after coming usa (will this be a problem because of long time stay)

any suggestions greatly appreciated

it confusing as you have mentioned canada and india, where are you planning to go for stamping?

Too many Vs in your came, if your relatino to client is this long, you will need client letter, and not just client letter, you will need letter to show connection from client to all vendor chain till your employer. Prepare your document perfectly and you will not have any issue.
