deep_bi Posted June 7, 2013 Report Share Posted June 7, 2013 Have question how this client letter works for H4 to H1.I understand that by April you need to apply for H1B visa and show client letter as a part of documentation.Even though we get a job on EVC model how can vendor/client can give letter that a person has job letter from october. Is it hard to move status from H4 to H1B without client letter. Link to comment
