Labor Certification and I-140 got approved in EB3

Hi Team -

I have successfully completed my 6 years of stay in USA.

I got my Labor certification and I-140 approved in the year 2011.

Attorney did a fraud by without posting ads for the few employees (including me) for labor certifications.

My employer found out this year and had reached out CIS about this.

Do all the effected employees of my employer should have to leave USA immediately?

Does CIS government will deny all the approvals (Labor, I-140 and H1-B extensions) for all these employees?

What all options we have for this type of fraud done by an attorney?

Please advice the necessary steps if any.

Regards,

XYZ

Fraud in Labor Certification is a very serious offense that can have extensive ramifications for those relying on the subsequent I-140 approval for H1B status in the U.S. It is therefore advisable to speak directly with a U.S. immigration attorney experienced with such matters. Please free feel to schedule an appointment with one of the many qualified attorneys at the Murthy Law Firm to discuss any options available to you.
