Ead to h1b transfer

I have few questions about h1b-> ead->h1b transfer. I am currently on h1b and I am single, my h1b is valid till aug 2014 where I will be completing six years. My question is can I switch to ead and again come back to h1b in future so that my spouse can come to us on h4. If I can come back to h1b status from EAD will it cause any issues for AOS?

That is perfectly doable and will not cause any issues to the AOS.
