H1B transfer - Never Travelled

Hello Experts,

My H1B Visa has validity till Sep 2014, which is filed by my present company 'A'. Though the Visa is stamped in passport, I have never traveled to the US.

Now I am planning to move to another company 'B' in India. Company 'B' would need me to go US once I join and hence they are ready to transfer my H1B.

1. Is it possible for Company 'B' to transfer my H1B?.

2. Does it require consent from present company 'A'?

3. If this is transferable, how long does this usually take to complete the transfer processes
