Hello,

H1b Visa interview @ chennai.

I was working in a private firm in TX while my H1b was filed in April 2012. We had a RFE and later the application was rejected in June. My employer appealed against the decision. I was working in my OPT and our lawyer advised us to stop working from October 2012 while the appeal was pending. Later I came back to India in December 2012 and the appeal was approved on Jan 2013. The period of unemployment Oct 2012 - to present ( June 2013) do i need to present any documents ?

I got the new offer letter issued in June 2013 from my employer.
