FamilyGuy32 Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 Hi I had completed 4 yrs on my H1 and when I came on vacation to India my Visa was rejected. My case status is still Pending Decision activity for close to 20 months now but USCIS is yet to contact my employer to reconsider. Meanwhile I came to know that I am quota exempt and found an employer to transfer my H1 which they did in PP in California Service Center. I got the receipt number, but they waited for 15 calendar days and issued a RFE on the 15th day to which my employer responded and since then now its 12 calendar days the status shows as Initial Review itself. They did not even respond to my attorney to consider speeding up the case. Any one in similar boat or is it normal. Please let me know that is it Ok bcoz now in total it is more than a month now since the initial filing. Should I be worried :-)
