Question regarding work experience

Hi All,

I am planing to go to India in the August 2013. But have following questions.

1) I have completed my MS from US and now on H1B, currently have permanent full-time job with one of the fortune 500 company. When I was on OPT(29 month) , I did't get pay stub generated for the few months. But after my H1B approval (completed 30 months) I have regular pay stubs. My question is, in the DS160 form it require to have details for the last 5 years of the employment. Does it create any problem in the interview to do not have few pay stubs for my OPT ?

2) How many weeks in advance do I need to take the visa interview date to get the date in the August 1st week?

2) It based on Location (If you are looking in India 2 to 3 weeks before should be enough)

I am planning to go for my visa stamping at Mumbai on the first week of the August.
