praneethk Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 I came to US in 2008 and my student visa is expiring the end of this month. I am planning to go to India to renew my visa now, if my visa renewal gets rejected can I re-enter US before my current visa expires ?

ashakell Posted June 5, 2013 Report Posted June 5, 2013 Praneeth, if you still pursuing your PHD and you can get your Visa with right papers provided at embassy like travel I-20,grade reports, thesis documents etc.
