H1 Transfer and Third Party Client

Hi Experts,

I am working in USA on H1b visa with company A and I am working for client X.

I am getting an offer from another company B and I will have to work for a third party client Y through another company C.

B --- > C---->Y

I will get paid salary+benefits from B.

B will file for my H1 transfer using C’s Work Order and I will be working for Y.

My questions are:

Is it OK (legal) to work in this type of arrangement in H1B?

Will I face any issues during my H1 transfer?

Please suggest me if should go ahead and accept the offer?

I guess your current work model is EC(employer client)

The job offered by 'B' is EVC(employer vendor client).

Remember, USCIS doesn't like to have layers( vendors) between you and your employer. So its always better to avoid layers in between. Your current job should be good compared to your new job offer w.r.t H1 rules.
