acekarthik Posted June 4, 2013 Report Posted June 4, 2013 I filled for renewal of my EAD/AP in December. I received my EAD and a notification that my AP was approved. However I never received my ap. I would now like to file for a duplicate AP document. What's the process for the same? Should I just fill out form 131 or is there a separate application form? Thanks.
