F1b while GC is in process.

hi,

I am going to apply for PHD, and leave my job, which means i will have to get on F1, and leave H1b. Its from very good college, so i don't want to leave this opportunity.

I have a parallel application for family based GC which is in process too.

Will I be facing any issue with my F1 application (approval/stamping/POE) ? as F1 has non immigration intent, and GC is totally opposite of that. Will it show conflict of interest, even though its family based and not filed by me, but by my immediate family member.
