I came back to india in feb 2013. Now Company B ( US employer), for whom i was working as contractor in US from 2009-till date has offered me a position as a full time employee. Company B has applied H1B for the remaining 1.5 yrs . It would be very helpful if you can let me know the documents i should carry for stamping in Chennai, India along with the below. I have to go to stamping in 2 week's time. your help is greatly appreciated. 1 Form DS 160. 2 Approved i 797 3 Copy of Appointment with US Embassy at Chennai 4 Passport 6 LCA 7 i 129 8 Company B offer letter 9 last 12 months paystubs of the Current Employer (company A) 10 W2 forms from 2008-2012 11 Experience Letters from past employers 12 All i797 Copy which was approved previously 13 2 Passport Size Photo 14 Resume 15 Educational Certificate 16 Educational evaluation Certificate. 17 All school/college marksheets Link to comment
