h1changejob Posted June 3, 2013 Report Share Posted June 3, 2013 Hi, I am currently in L1, and converting it to H1 if my petition gets approved ( it is selected in lottery). What is the minimum requirement for transferring my employer? Can I switch to new employer in October directly? My existing employer may want me to remain in L1 till it expires before CoS ( which is June 2014). Thanks, Ben Link to comment
