H1 B stamping and Green card

Hi

I just recently receive my H1 B Approval . This is my first H1 from Visitor B1 B2 visa.

Just wanted to know I am having bachelor degree and can i go to canada to get stamping ?

As we all know H1 will start from October 1st can i go before that for stamping or I need to go after 1st October ? If i cant go Canada than can i plan for this November to India ?

Also wants to know when i can apply for Green card ? Can i apply on my own or i need company to sponsor ?

Appreciate all comments and guideline on this since my H1 is from Visitor visa .

1. do some googling about GC process.

2. look for canada us emabassy for stamping

US Consulates in Canada appreciates if you have a US Masters degree if you are coming for a H1 Stamping.

You can go for stamping anytime.

You cannot apply for your GC..your company needs to apply for you....and it depends on them...you cannot enforce them.
