H-1 B stamping with existing employer and new job offer

Hi,

I am planning to go out of US and get H-1 B stamped with existing employer as H-1 B was extended earlier.

I also have one job offer so need to clarify :Is it better to get H-1 B transfer done in US and go out and get stamping done with new employer and then join new employer in US ?

or

Once stamping is done with existing employer then inform new employer to initiate H-1 B transfer. If I come back to USA after 2 weeks on H-1 b transfer initiation, any risk while entering US because stamping is with new employer and H-1 B transfer going on ?

Please suggest what is best option ?
