How to enquire TRV status

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest what is the best way to enquire about the stauts of TRV application submitted to New York Canadian Embassy? I tried sending emails to NewYork-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca given on their website and got email delivery failure messages.

I have my interview on June 12th at Toronto and I didnt get my passport back. Please suggest.

last name, date of birth and country of birth. Also ,please provide the

date of application and the method of application (online, in person or

by mail)
