avachatv Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 Hi, I was on H1B for Company A. Last year I transferred my H1B to Company B. I have visa for Company A valid till Oct 2013. I am traveling to India in few weeks and coming to USA post marriage in July. Below are my questions 1. Since my Company A visa is valid till Oct 2013, can I travel to USA without stamping on Company B H1B with Company A visa ? 2. Can my wife get H4 visa stamped in India based on my valid Company A Visa and Company B H1B documents ? Thanks in advance!!
