PIMPS Question???

I have one quick question,

My first H1b starting Validity date: OCT 01 2012 and End ing ValidityDae: SEP 30 2013,

My Second(ext) H1b Strting Validity Date: OCT 01 2013 and Ending Validity Date : Sep 30 2016

My Question is In the PIMS verification details what should I have to mention? Do I need to mention my two H1b's ? and attach 2 (First and ext) I797 copies and send it to them??

Please let me know

In most cases, PIMS process and verification is completed by the USCIS Service Center in conjunction with the US Department of State.
