H1B Visa Stamping to Hyderbad in october 2013

Hi,

I am planning to travel to india in october 2013. My visa is valid till April 17th 2014. I will have 6 months of validity on my visa if i am going for stamping in india. I just want to know if it is safe to travel to india for stamping with 6months of visa validity. Can someone please tell me if it is safe to travel. Thanks in advace.

from october 2013 if you still have 6 months of validity on your visa then dont even bother to go for stamping.

just enjoy vacation ( assuming it is for few weeks) and go back to US on same visa.

i hope after you go back to US stay back till you file your new H1 extension and in next visit you

can stamp for a 3 year validity visa based on new extension.
