Is online application for Canada TRV same for every one who stays in USA.Or is it different based for NewYork, California and Ottawa.

And how long it takes for the processing.

Same while you submit online application, it does not ask you where you will submit the passport. However, after nearly 20 days you expect to receive an email request asking for original passport with return envelop submission. At this time you have a choice to send either to NY or to Los Angeles. Hope this helps....
