H1 transfer petition Denied

Hi,

Please help me out in the following regards,

I have a valid h1b pettion from employer A which will expire in August 2013 (2010 - 2013). I had come to India in 2011 for my visa stamping and got a 221 g and further got denied. Also my visa is no longer valid.

Now through Employer B i tried to transfer my H1. We applied for tranfer in Dec 2012 and got RFE and now denied. We are waiting for the denail notice.

What could be the possible reason for the denial? Would it be better to appeal the case?

Let the employer's attorney advise you of the reason, and he will advise your employer of the proper action. YOU can do nothing. No one on a forum can predict the problem causing the denial.

what was the RFE about?
