visitorvisaquestion
A little background.. My parents and elder sister are applying for visitor visa. I work as a contractor at a client location in Atlanta and my h1b sponsor employee is based in New Jersey. I live and work in Atlanta When the VO asks the following questions, what should they answer? 1. Who does your son work for? 2. Where is your son's company located? Please help, interview is coming week.. Link to comment
t75
They should know both the company and the client. Specify work location Link to comment

omshiv
Thank you t75.. What should they answer to the questions? 1. Who does your son work for? 2. Where is your son's company located? TRUTH should be the only answer. First should obviously be your H1b sponsorer who is based in NJ. Company location would also be NJ. Link to comment
visitorvisaquestion
Thanks Omshiv. Should they specify anything about a client? Also what supporting documentation can I give them from a client perspective. Question: what should they answer, if he asks " His company is in New Jersey and he stays in Atlanta, Why?" TRUTH should be the only answer. First should obviously be your H1b sponsorer who is based in NJ. Company location would also be NJ. Link to comment
Helpful hands
I know you are confused between H1b Petitioner (ABC) and Client (XYZ) 1. Mention the name of H1b Petitioner (ABC) 2. H1b Petitioner ABC is located in NJ and their client XYZ is located in Atlanta. Link to comment
