h1-h4-h1 client letter

Hi,

I was on h1 and filed for 3 year extension and it was denied.So I went to India and came here on h4 stamping and filed again for h1 extension immediately. Then I started working for the project which I was working before. Now I got an RFE asking for the client letter. If I get client letter at this point of time, they will put today's date and state that I have been working for them for past one year, which will be contradicting with my current visa status h4. I cannot request them to get client letter showing they need me in future since I am already working for them. My question is what will be the ideal solution at this situation?Appreciate your thoughts.

Abuse of the rules.

Then I started working for the project which I was working before.

Illegal.

You can only work once the H1 is approved.

You are OUT OF STATUS.

First, STOP WORKING NOW!

Second, the H1 can NOT be approved, since you are ILLEGAL.

You need to go abroad and get an H1 visa!
