t80 Posted May 23, 2013 Report Share Posted May 23, 2013 Hello, I have a question regarding CAP for H1b. I got my H1B in 2009 but was unable to work on H1B. Thus my H1B was revoked. Can I use that H1B approval to apply for fresh H1B without having to wait for April 2014? Thanks Link to comment
