This is my first year of H1 and I opened a LLC earlier this year to invest in it, but later realised that it may cause issues and dissolved it. I am planning to get my h1 visa stamped later this year. My question is 1. will the visa officer know that i had an LLC opened and closed? 2. Will it affect my chances of visa approval? I am planning to carry all docs i have relating to it too but I am confused. Need help and suggestions. Thanks.
