kiran.gch1 Posted May 23, 2013 Report Share Posted May 23, 2013 My 140 was approved with Company A. I changed to Company B in 7th year and filed for H1 using Company A's 140. And now Company A has revoked my 140 and I am yet to start the GC process again (Paper work is going on) My H1 is getting expired this year end. Is it possible to extend the H1 using the revoked 140 or any other means? Link to comment
