Where to send passport for Canada Visa stamping after receiving the email from CIC

Hi,

I applied for Canada Tourist Visa on Apr 18th 2013 online and today I received a message from CIC asking me to send my passport to finalize processing the application to either New York or Los Angeles.

Does anybody have the turn around time from these offices and suggest to which one should I send for faster response? I've my visa at Ottawa on July 2nd.

depends on where you from , I mean if you are close to EST time zone send it to NY , Else it would be PST.
