bipinkumar
I tried to look up with keywords to see if anyone else had posted a similar problem like this here. But I couldn't find one. Please let me know if there is a similar post. My H1B stamping is with Company A and was stamped until Nov 2014. Then I switched employers and the company B had my validity until Oct 2013. Now, I am with Company C and I have a pending H1B transfer since it was general processing and not premium. Question: Do I have to get a stamping in India when I travel in June since the H1B stamping is not with my 'immediate previous' employer? Will I still be allowed back into the country if I show all the necessary paperwork for my employment with the current company, the I797 receipt of acknowledgement that USCIS received my H1B transfer petition and the documents from my previous employer?
