I am working for an consulting company Employer-vendor-client Q 1) If I apply for next year extension do I get approval for only one year or I will be getting 3 years Q 2) If I start my Green card processing and get my I140 approved by next year do I get extension for 3 year when I apply for extension next year or It does not matter if I apply for Green card processing. Q3) What is the best way to get 3 years H1B approval Thanks In advance. Link to comment
t75
Your approval was influenced by your position. You are counting your GC chickens far too soon. For 3 year approval, your job position must be long term. Link to comment

Filing new H1 is employer's headache, just enjoy with your H1. Link to comment
