Using previous to previous company approved I-140 for extension after 8 years

Greetings all,

Scenario:

Currently in 9th year (Did one extension after 6th year already)

Approved I-140 from Company A

H1B transfered to a new Company B based on Company A I-140 petition (Got three year extension)

Worked with Company B for more than a year and Company B has not filed labor or I-140 yet.

Can I still do a H1B transfer to Company C and get a three year extension using Company A I-140?
